Horrible service

This provider for this game is horrible! They have no one to help you with support so many people experience the same problems and they keep directing you to get support on there we page but there isnt any! When you try and get support from the app it tells you they have to many issues and they cant attend to you! It eats your coins for no reason, your achievements reset after all your hard work to get them, and sometimes when you guess letters correct they give no points even though you landed on a point amount! Horrible horrible HORRIBLE provider zynga is!
